It takes two.

Last weekend I had a few issues with the store I get my film developed at...In the case of any one-hour photo I went to pick them up later in the day. When I arrived back at the store, I was handed an envelope and walked back to my vehicle. When I got in the car, I propped open the envelope and noticed that the photos were not my own and of a young girl with her horse. Seeing as I am not a young girl and have no particular interest in horses I took the photos back to the clerk and told him they were not my own. He assured me that the photos were my own, which to me seemed completely foreign to me. Why would I bring back photos that were my own..needless to say they refunded the money for the processing, but I was still out 36 frames.

Of course all of this had to happen on Easter Sunday, I had taken the photos the day before but I wanted to have them developed the next day. 8:00PM rolls around on Easter Sunday and I have a message on my phone from the developing center. A man's voice said that they found my photos but they seemed to be overexposed or ruined by an airport security scanner. Being that I had no idea where this film came from, it could have been any of these scenarios.

So it's Wednesday and I finally get around to going to the developing center. Today there is a female clerk working the counter and she tells me that she doesn't know how such a thing could have happened, but there will be no charge for the processing. I figured if I wasn't out any cash, then it didn't matter either way. As soon as I climbed into my SUV I stumbled across the most interesting photos I have ever taken.... Here are the photos from the roll of Kodak Gold 36 Exposure. Enjoy.
